Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring leaders across Sales UKI to understand business priorities and develop targeted talent acquisition strategies.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and sourcing through candidate management, interview coordination, and offer delivery.
  • •Leverage recruitment data and market insights to inform approach, optimize hiring outcomes, and continuously improve delivery.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Compensation and People Partners, to support informed hiring decisions.
  • •Build creative sourcing strategies and embed inclusive hiring practices to improve experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related recruitment or talent acquisition experience, OR Master’s degree and 3+ years, OR Doctorate with no prior experience, OR equivalent related work experience.
  • •Experience managing full-cycle recruitment from role scoping through offer and onboarding.
  • •Experience recruiting for mid-level to experienced hires across complex or specialized business functions.
  • •Experience using recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, pass-through rates, candidate pipeline quality) to inform hiring strategies.
  • •Business-level proficiency in English.
