Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure ASML products are delivered “on time and in full” to customers against agreed SLA’s with clear communication and alignment between carriers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Identify root causes, translate them into carrier development areas, and initiate actionable roadmaps with ongoing oversight to achieve goals.
  • •Apply the “Supplier Account Team (SAT)” approach and systematically use the “GQLTCS” approach toward carriers.
  • •Manage one of ASML’s core carriers and act as the 2nd line of escalation for carrier-related issues.
  • •Optimize capacity utilization agreements, lead end-to-end On Time Delivery improvement to meet targets, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business management, or engineering (transportation related functions preferred).
  • •At least 5 years of experience in 3PL, airline, freight forwarding, or other transportation sectors, preferably in a large international company.
  • •Experience in a high-tech environment preferred and an affinity with complex business processes in matrix organizations.
  • •Lean behavior and methodology experience preferred.
  • •Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different levels in a multicultural environment.
