Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and air conditioning equipment.
•Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
•Prep spaces after equipment removal so the new install starts correctly.
•Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
•Stay current on local building codes and ensure each job is compliant while delivering strong customer experience.

Key Requirements
