Key Responsibilities

  • •Support fundraising activities, including future private financings and IPO preparation.
  • •Develop and evaluate financing structures for AI infrastructure deployments, strategic partnerships, and customer engagements.
  • •Support development of financing strategies for sovereign AI, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure opportunities.
  • •Analyze capital structure alternatives, including debt, structured equity, project financing, and government-backed funding programs.
  • •Build financial models supporting strategic initiatives, investments, and commercial opportunities; support M&A, strategic investments, and corporate development as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of experience in investment banking, structured/infrastructure/project finance, private equity, venture debt, or strategic finance.
  • •Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills.
  • •Experience working with complex financing structures is preferred.
  • •Interest in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and deep technology.
  • •High intellectual curiosity about AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure is strongly preferred.
