Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, College Diploma (DEC), or Vocational Diploma in Industrial Management/Production or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience in a continuous production environment is an asset.
  • •Strong leadership, team management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
