Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate RF and electronic test equipment, cabling, and fixtures to support measurements on mixed-signal, RF, and high-speed digital circuits.
  • •Support and execute product verification and validation, including test station setup, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • •Assemble, troubleshoot, and rework prototype electronic assemblies.
  • •Maintain readiness of R&D laboratory environments, including test equipment, infrastructure, setup/teardown, organization, and preventive maintenance.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and general R&D site support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or a German “Staatlich geprüfter Techniker” qualification, or comparable expertise in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience building, troubleshooting, or validating electronic or electromechanical systems.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot electronics circuits to the component level using schematics and laboratory instrumentation.
  • •Experience with component rework and soldering techniques.
  • •Ability to read and understand technical specifications, test procedures, and engineering documentation in English, and communicate effectively in both English and German.
