Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess reliability performance and prevent extrinsic/intrinsic escapes.
  • •Perform high-volume statistical data analysis to evaluate NAND intrinsic reliability risks and trends.
  • •Drive electrical failure analysis, including advanced characterization, to identify root causes and solution spaces.
  • •Develop short-term countermeasures such as targeted stresses and screens using knowledge of circuits, device physics, and process engineering.
  • •Collaborate across Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams; mentor engineers and support customer reliability inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of related work experience.
  • •Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor devices, reliability, failure analysis, and statistics.
  • •Basic understanding of NAND technology and memory architectures.
  • •Experience using AI tools/LLMs and data analysis tools such as Python, JMP, and Tableau.
