Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate on strategic and innovative initiatives to improve the experience of internal users such as underwriters and claims handlers.
  • •Lead end-to-end research activities across projects, from discovery and user interviews to usability testing, insight synthesis, and recommendations.
  • •Support product and business teams in understanding user needs, behaviours, pain points, and opportunities.
  • •Contribute to design and validation of innovative experiences, including conversational AI, intelligent workflows, and emerging digital solutions.

  • •Experience balancing user needs, business objectives, operational realities, and technical constraints across complex stakeholder environments.
  • •Comfort navigating ambiguity by identifying the right questions, and experience with AI-enabled experiences or conversational interfaces is highly desirable.
