Job Summary

Lead end-to-end UX research across multiple initiatives for internal user experiences, partnering with UX/UI designers, product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. Plan and execute discovery, interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis to translate findings into actionable recommendations. Contribute to the design and validation of AI-enabled experiences and intelligent workflows, while shaping user-centred solutions for enterprise products at Zurich’s Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona.

•Collaborate on strategic and innovative initiatives to improve the experience of internal users such as underwriters and claims handlers.
•Lead end-to-end research activities across projects, from discovery and user interviews to usability testing, insight synthesis, and recommendations.
•Support product and business teams in understanding user needs, behaviours, pain points, and opportunities.
•Contribute to design and validation of innovative experiences, including conversational AI, intelligent workflows, and emerging digital solutions.
•Partner with UX/UI designers, product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure insights are used throughout the product lifecycle.

•Experience balancing user needs, business objectives, operational realities, and technical constraints across complex stakeholder environments.
•Comfort navigating ambiguity by identifying the right questions, and experience with AI-enabled experiences or conversational interfaces is highly desirable.
