Category Manager - Construction

Own strategic construction category management by leading negotiations and purchases for the organization. Develop and execute multi-year indirect procurement strategy, manage a supply base, and build supplier relationships through SRM to improve quality, delivery, productivity, and innovation. Provide contract lifecycle management oversight for construction/architectural/MEP agreements, align internal partner needs to sourcing strategy, and partner with regional and global procurement teams while minimizing risk and maximizing value.
