Job Summary

Lead a newly formed product engineering team building cybersecurity AI agent products for enterprise environments. You’ll hire and coach ~6 engineers, set team operating rhythms, and personally drive hands-on architecture, system design, code reviews, and secure implementation. Key Responsibilities

•Hire, onboard, and lead a newly formed team (~6 engineers and technical specialists) within the first three months, defining structure, roles, operating model, and delivery cadence.
•Serve as hands-on lead engineer/principal architect for critical cybersecurity AI agent platform components, including architecture, system design, code review, prototyping, and production implementation.
•Drive secure, scalable delivery across discovery through design, implementation, testing, release, monitoring, and continuous iteration; establish quality, reliability, security effectiveness, and adoption metrics.
•Define technical roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business priorities, and collaborate with product, design, sales engineering, customer success, and security teams to translate customer problems into scalable solutions.
•Build AI-native engineering practices and automation (AI-assisted coding, automated testing, documentation generation, threat modeling, security review support, and product analytics) and develop reusable accelerators and evaluation frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
•10+ years of experience in AI research, software engineering, security engineering, AI product engineering, solution engineering, or related technical roles.
•3+ years managing high-performing technical teams, preferably in product development, cybersecurity, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software.
•Proven ability to hire, lead, coach, and retain strong engineering talent, operating as both a hands-on technical contributor and a people manager.
•Deep hands-on experience with agentic AI systems (e.g., LLM app architecture, reasoning loops, structured memory, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, knowledge management) with knowledge of AI security risks and common threats/exploits.
