  • •Build Enterprise-grade AI Agents by partnering with engineers and customers to ship AI agents handling thousands of conversations daily.
  • •Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements, demonstrate Sierra’s agent, address technical challenges, develop and improve Sierra virtual agents, and become trusted advisors.
  • •Shape the product roadmap by working with engineering and product teams to scope and implement new features essential to customer success.
  • •Communicate complex technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences, including recent AI developments, to influence customer decisions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption and to influence software development based on customer needs.

Key Requirements
