AVP, Senior Loan Administrator

Manage end-to-end processing of commercial loan transactions from application through funding and closing, including due diligence collection, loan file auditing, balancing and escrow coordination, and post-closing follow-up. Handle complex deals involving legal documentation, syndications/participations, and specialized lending, while ensuring SOX controls and compliance with U.S. state and federal regulations. Track pipeline activity (including nCino workflow) and coordinate with customers, relationship managers, escrow/title partners, and outside counsel to ensure timely closings.
