Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe work environment by complying with safety policies and procedures and using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • •Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe work procedures.
  • •Read and interpret project plans and specifications independently to perform concrete work accurately.
  • •Independently form, pour, and finish concrete to grade to deliver a fine finish.
  • •Lift and handle materials/tools as required and follow manager directions for daily tasks and project expectations.

Key Requirements
