Key Responsibilities

•Manage and lead a program spanning multiple functions and project teams for engineering development and implementation.
•Oversee logistics of parts for builds and prototypes across multiple simultaneous projects.
•Develop and direct schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, resource allocation plans, and other program support requirements.
•Manage supporting project teams and internal development partners to ensure progress against the established plan and update schedules/resources as needed.
•Ensure procedural compliance, maintenance, and safety practices for new and existing equipment, and communicate program progress and escalations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•4-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 7-10 years of experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools, and related areas.
•People management experience is preferred.
•Proficiency in project planning and scheduling, including tools and software packages.
•Ability to manage complex problems and make determinations based on business information analysis.
