Drive strategic execution for BJAK’s AI Neobank expansion across products, markets, and teams. Build and run operating cadence using OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations, while preparing decision memos and performance reviews. Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and support leadership in making sharper trade-offs.
