Act as the primary liaison for suppliers and drive category and business analysis to optimize assortments, pricing, and campaigns in the 1P marketplace. Key Responsibilities

•Be the main point of contact for consultations, negotiations and problem resolution with suppliers and develop joint business plans aligned with company objectives.
•Perform market analyses to identify trends and opportunities in the category, including strategies for growth, assortment optimization, pricing and promotional activities.
•Collaborate with Inventory and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock.
•Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve desired results.
•Establish performance metrics and regularly evaluate supplier performance against targets.

Key Requirements

•Possuir graduação em Administração, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas.
•Experiência em gestão de fornecedores, gestão de categorias ou análise de negócios, preferencialmente em Ecommerce.
•Proficiência no uso de ferramentas de análise de dados (por exemplo, Excel, SQL, Power BI).
•Conhecimento das tendências da indústria de e-commerce e varejo.
