Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and manage Digital Workspace Officers and Specialists, allocating workloads and monitoring performance to ensure SLA compliance.
  • •Oversee daily support operations for workplace collaboration platforms and endpoint environments, including Microsoft 365 services; promptly resolve escalated incidents and complex issues.
  • •Enforce hardware/software/asset management and endpoint compliance standards, maintain records, and ensure audit readiness.
  • •Identify automation opportunities and partner with automation teams to implement self-service workflows, chatbots, and RPA solutions to drive productivity gains.
  • •Monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) metrics and drive continuous improvement through training, adoption campaigns, reporting dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years in end-user computing, digital workspace, or IT support environments.
  • •Proven experience leading support teams and managing service operations with strong SLA governance.
  • •Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and related endpoint/workplace tools (including Intune and Azure AD).
  • •Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM service management practices for incident/escalation handling and support processes.
  • •Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written) with strong stakeholder communication and user engagement skills.
