Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage incoming and outgoing internal and external calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
  • •Direct calls to the appropriate department, colleague, or extension while providing accurate resort information.
  • •Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints received by telephone; take and relay messages when needed.
  • •Perform wake-up calls and handle after-hours calls, including emergency telephone procedures and urgent guest situations.
  • •Maintain current telephone directories and extension information; keep accurate logs of calls and incidents and report technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience as a PBX Operator, Telephone Operator, Receptionist, Guest Services Agent, or similar hotel position is preferred.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury or five-star hotel environment is preferred.
  • •Previous experience working with hotel PBX telephone systems is required.
  • •Knowledge of Opera and basic Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • •Strong verbal communication, active listening, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and accurate under pressure.
