Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of technical experience in areas such as LMR, RF systems, radio communications, wired/wireless communication systems, networking equipment, IT/IT systems, telecommunications, public safety, engineering, or military experience.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring, testing, and optimizing Motorola two-way radio and subscriber equipment.
  • •Availability 24/7/365, with willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
  • •Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check/obtain customer-required background clearance.
  • •Achieve required technical certifications within six months of hire (e.g., Certified Electronics Associate, R56, CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, PMP).
