Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a key part of the process design team on a current project for a valued client.
  • •Carry out process design work and related activities as assigned.
  • •Prepare process deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment process data sheets.
  • •Supervise the work of others on the team as assigned in line with the project organization.
  • •Participate in design review meetings and work in partnership with other disciplines to meet project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 7 years of process engineering design experience in Petrochemical, Refinery, and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • •Experience designing separators, vessels, tanks, pumps, piping, heat exchangers, heaters, compressors, control valves, and PSVs to relevant codes and standards.
  • •Ability to perform process design and detailed engineering, including process simulations (HYSYS, Flarenet, PIPESIM, OLGA), design calculations, optimization, and equipment sizing/selection.
  • •Ability to prepare engineering deliverables such as BFD, PFD, P&ID, heat and material balance, datasheets, specifications, line lists, utilities design, and operating/manual documentation.
