Job Summary

Manage end-to-end DDQs and RFPs for institutional clients across all IBKR entities, partnering with legal, compliance, risk, technology, operations, and finance to deliver timely, accurate responses. Lead the build-out and ongoing maintenance of the RocketDocs database platform, including standardized response libraries and training for stakeholders. Track pipeline performance, improve workflows and templates, and apply market and regulatory insights to strengthen response quality and business development.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage global DDQ and RFP requests from institutional clients and prospects across all Interactive Brokers entities.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive DDQ/RFP responses.
•Lead the build-out and implementation of the RocketDocs database platform and maintain a standardized response library.
•Track and report on the DDQ/RFP pipeline, success rates, and performance metrics while ensuring response quality and consistency.
•Identify opportunities to streamline DDQ/RFP processes, develop templates/workflows, and support business development with market intelligence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
•3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to institutional sales, client onboarding, or business development.
•Previous experience with DDQ/RFP processes in brokerage, asset management, or related financial services.
•Proficiency with database management and content management platforms, including RocketDocs (preferred).
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
