Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage global DDQ and RFP requests from institutional clients and prospects across all Interactive Brokers entities.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive DDQ/RFP responses.
  • •Lead the build-out and implementation of the RocketDocs database platform and maintain a standardized response library.
  • •Track and report on the DDQ/RFP pipeline, success rates, and performance metrics while ensuring response quality and consistency.
  • •Identify opportunities to streamline DDQ/RFP processes, develop templates/workflows, and support business development with market intelligence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to institutional sales, client onboarding, or business development.
  • •Previous experience with DDQ/RFP processes in brokerage, asset management, or related financial services.
  • •Proficiency with database management and content management platforms, including RocketDocs (preferred).
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
