Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement credit card and operational processes with management, payment processor, vendors, and sponsor bank for an effective product launch
  • •Manage credit card operations including onboarding, card printing/fulfillment, payments, call center, fraud management, chargebacks, collections, and account maintenance
  • •Interact with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive initiatives
  • •Maintain and train staff on standard operating procedures, drive quality across the customer lifecycle, and uphold high customer experience
  • •Develop and maintain a strong operational controls framework to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Project Management, and/or Product Management; MBA preferred
  • •Five (5) plus years relevant experience, preferably with direct credit cards/payments industry experience
  • •Five (5) plus years of Product Management or relevant experience
  • •Demonstrated success in driving innovation and change with a focus on the customer
  • •Exposure to, or experience in, financial analysis, including financial reporting, data analysis and business case development
