Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with branch staff to uncover client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions for short- and long-term goals.
  • •Meet personal production goals and customer service objectives for assigned branches and/or book of business.
  • •Provide investment and insurance solutions using a comprehensive financial planning approach including assets, goals, time horizon, and risk tolerances.
  • •Coach branch staff regularly to better profile customers and identify goals, then provide appropriate solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma.
  • •Minimum 1 year of investment sales experience.
  • •Hold Series 7, 63, 65/66 licenses and Life and Health Licenses.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • •2-3 years of experience in an investments area and experience coaching or developing individuals in a team environment (preferred).
