Job Summary

Partner with branch staff to identify client needs and deliver appropriate investment and insurance solutions aligned to customers’ short- and long-term goals. Set and support personal production and customer service objectives across assigned branches or a book of business. Coach staff, provide training and sales support, and coordinate with lines of business such as Mortgage, Business Banking, and Private Bank to help clients meet all their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with branch staff to uncover client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions for short- and long-term goals.
•Meet personal production goals and customer service objectives for assigned branches and/or book of business.
•Provide investment and insurance solutions using a comprehensive financial planning approach including assets, goals, time horizon, and risk tolerances.
•Coach branch staff regularly to better profile customers and identify goals, then provide appropriate solutions.
•Coordinate with lines of business (e.g., Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank) to provide best solutions for client needs.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma.
•Minimum 1 year of investment sales experience.
•Hold Series 7, 63, 65/66 licenses and Life and Health Licenses.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
•2-3 years of experience in an investments area and experience coaching or developing individuals in a team environment (preferred).
