Key Responsibilities

  • •Own co-design, bring-up, and post-silicon validation of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits across the full PVT space.
  • •Build correlation methodologies to close the simulation-to-silicon gap and quantify model divergence for architecture and design teams.
  • •Trace failures to root cause (marginality, power integrity interactions, process corners, or system-level coupling) and drive resolutions through confirmation.
  • •Own and build AI agent workflows including automated test orchestration, intelligent data pipelines, and analysis flows to expand coverage and reduce cycle time.
  • •Lead and mentor junior engineers and interns, using your data to drive binning, guard-banding, reliability sign-off, and design improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent lab experience.
  • •8+ years of hands-on silicon bring-up, frequency and power characterization, or post-silicon validation on real hardware.
  • •Strong analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit fundamentals with intuition for what matters in measurements.
  • •Hands-on lab depth using oscilloscopes, multimeters, DAQs, spectrum analyzers, and silicon debug tools; comfort with tester-to-system correlation.
  • •Scripting proficiency in Python, C/C++, or equivalent to build characterization infrastructure, plus depth in binning, PVT analysis, guard-banding, and reliability trade-offs.
