Job Summary

Lead end-to-end program delivery for enterprise healthcare clients, driving operational excellence across scope, planning, risk, issues, and integration management. Manage Agile delivery frameworks, translate complex RCM and healthcare requirements into actionable plans, and maintain key project artifacts and governance dashboards (OKRs, KPIs). Coordinate across product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams, and oversee transition to production support post go-live.

•Lead end-to-end project/program delivery across scope, planning, risk, issues, communication, and integration management.
•Manage Agile delivery frameworks, including scaling processes across teams and stakeholders and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
•Own project execution against contract/service order, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.
•Develop and maintain project artifacts (charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans) and track progress using Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and related tools.
•Coordinate cross-functionally (product, engineering, infrastructure, client teams) and oversee transition to production support and post-go-live activities.

Key Requirements

•10+ years overall experience with 5+ years of core program management experience in healthcare technology and Agile frameworks.
•Proven experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows, payer-provider integrations, and value-based care models.
•Hands-on experience delivering large system implementations, especially EHR platforms such as Epic and Cerner.
•Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills to drive delivery outcomes aligned with client goals.
•Proficiency with project management and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally) and experience with healthcare data formats (CCDA, HL7, FHIR).
