Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality technical design drawings and specifications aligned with required regulations.
  • •Develop the team’s technical capabilities and contribute technical solutions across projects.
  • •Initiate and participate in design peer reviews and stay current with industry developments.
  • •Act as PM for selected projects by managing successful delivery of multi and single disciplinary work, including planning, stakeholder management, and risk management.
  • •Manage business leadership activities including people management, embedding health & safety, ensuring QMS and project lifecycle compliance, and providing regular project status and financial performance updates.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/B. Tech (Electrical) and 14+ years of experience.
  • •Proven experience designing building services in a similar role.
  • •Must be fully conversant with technical software such as Amtec and Dialux.
  • •Excellent working knowledge of DEWA, NBC, NFPA, Kahramaa, Saudi Codes, and other local codes.
  • •Good stakeholder-management experience.
