Inside Sales Associate

Work with walk-in and phone customers to understand needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth inside sales process. You’ll process and distribute customer products, handle questions and complaints, and accurately enter sales orders to generate invoices and secure payment or obtain credit authorization. You’ll also manage warranty item disposition, estimate delivery dates, and support receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
