Seeking a driven Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives for BTSE’s exchange platform. You’ll define strategy and roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and marketing, analyze crypto market trends, manage the product lifecycle from requirements to post-launch optimization, and use data to optimize retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for exchange-related features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
•Partner with engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
•Continuously research crypto market trends, user feedback, and competitor movements to optimize the user journey and trading experience.
•Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing PRDs to wireframing, testing, and post-launch optimization.
•Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve user retention, and make informed product decisions.

Key Requirements

•3 to 5+ years of solid experience in Product Management
•Proven product management experience specifically within cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges (e.g., Spot, Derivatives, Wallets, Fiat gateway, or Earn products)
•Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
•Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics
•Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize product backlogs, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
