IT Technician 1

Support manufacturing and business operations by installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops, providing Tier 2–3 troubleshooting across hardware, software, peripherals, and networking. Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office) and identity services including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Group Policy, and user accounts. Manage endpoint health, hardware lifecycle/asset tracking, documentation, and software licensing compliance.
