Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead consultations on fire and life safety systems, including fire detection and alarm systems, water-based suppression, clean agent extinguishing, smoke control, and passive fire protection for complex projects.
  • •Ensure designs and installations comply with Saudi and international codes through audits and inspections.
  • •Lead fire risk assessments and hazard analyses, and develop mitigation strategies for high-profile projects.
  • •Lead integrated testing and commissioning of fire and life safety systems to meet regulatory and design requirements.
  • •Engage clients, coordinate with architects and stakeholders (including contractors and government authorities), mentor junior consultants, and support business development and thought leadership activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or related).
  • •8–10 years of experience in fire life safety/protection engineering consulting.
  • •Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC 201 and SBC 801) and international codes and standards.
  • •Expertise in fire protection design, fire detection and alarm systems, smoke control systems, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills.
