Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the product roadmap for the new Risora mobile product, aligning with company goals and market needs
•Lead strategy and execution for launching a mobile app on tier-one markets (US, UK, EU, AU, Canada)
•Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate product decisions and iterations
•Identify and track key product metrics (retention, activation, engagement, conversion) and translate insights into actionable features
•Collaborate with design to create an intuitive, gamified UX and leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping and delivery

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product management experience at a senior level
•Proven experience delivering a mobile app (iOS/Android) on tier-one markets
•Data-first approach with strong data analysis skills for shaping user flows
•Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase)
•High AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools for research, prototyping and execution
