Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage large, complex EPFC projects with multiple project managers or alliance programs from inception to completion.
  • •Own financial and technical success, including cost, schedule, safety, quality, and contractual requirements; manage projects with contract values typically $500 million and beyond.
  • •Serve as the principal company representative and accountable party for project execution per the contract, execution plan, and HSE/security goals.
  • •Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP), ensure proper project set-up and closeout, and lead mandatory training completion for self and teams.
  • •Manage project expenditures and forecasting—review and approve budgets, estimates, cost forecasts, schedules, and track internal/external changes impacting scope, schedule, and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in the oil and gas industry, including 10+ years as a PM.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • •Strong project management experience with large-size EPIC projects and knowledge of the marine construction industry.
  • •Ability to develop project execution strategy, profit plan, and objectives aligned with company policies and business strategy.
  • •Technical competency to manage technical challenges, team selection, and communicate project/corporate linkages.
