Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and execute operational directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while supporting safe stockroom standards.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
