Technical Project/Program Management (Enterprise Server Deployment)

Technically lead the deployment and setup of AIx and WRA enterprise servers at customer sites and internal labs. Provide onsite and remote SW/HW support during installation, regular maintenance, and manufacturing/testing operations, including remote connectivity troubleshooting for semiconductor tools. Serve as an escalation resource for colleagues, lead small low-risk projects, and interface with internal/external customers on hardware/software and networking issues while ensuring deployments align to service contract KPIs.
