Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure consistent availability, quality, and effectiveness of the machine shop team while aligning service roadmaps to delivery requirements.
  • •Lead daily machine shop operations to deliver safe, reliable, and timely parts and prototypes.
  • •Plan, prioritize, and balance shop capacity to support engineering, R&D, and program needs across products and MDUs.
  • •Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and precision manufacturing practices; maintain shop processes, tooling, and equipment readiness.
  • •Lead, manage, and develop machinists and technicians, including staffing, training, knowledge retention, skills growth, and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or equivalent experience in engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • •10+ years technical background in relevant domain or engineering service.
  • •Experience operating in a complex engineering environment.
  • •Extensive machining and/or lab management knowledge, with strong structuring and prioritization skills.
  • •Leadership experience, with strong communication and ability to estimate effort and analyze risk.
