Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain strong financial controls to ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
  • •Own monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and commentary across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • •Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit activities
  • •Partner with Global Finance, Wipro Finance, and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, planning, tax reporting, and process improvements

Key Requirements

  • •CPA required
  • •BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
  • •8+ years of experience in Accounting or Controllership roles, ideally across both public and private environments
  • •Experience managing financial reporting processes under GAAP
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and functions
