Job Summary

Capco is seeking a Controller for the US Region to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, lead month-end closures, and drive strong financial controls. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, tax reporting, and process improvements in a hybrid office setting (3 days onsite).

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain strong financial controls to ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
•Own monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and commentary across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
•Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
•Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit activities
•Partner with Global Finance, Wipro Finance, and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, planning, tax reporting, and process improvements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

•CPA required
•BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
•8+ years of experience in Accounting or Controllership roles, ideally across both public and private environments
