Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority.
  • •Manage spare parts, align maintenance needs with the stock room, and coordinate parts requests and requisitions with purchasing and vendors.
  • •Serve as the CMMS system owner for planning, completing, and reporting maintenance activities, including work order creation and asset data management.
  • •Develop and execute planned preventive maintenance schedules, distribute schedules, track changes, and provide periodic maintenance status reports.
  • •Provide training for the maintenance team on CMMS, support capital improvement projects, and provide emergency response to reduce downtime.
