Key Responsibilities

  • •Stand up the APAC enablement rhythm, including onboarding cohorts, live practice-based sessions, and a regional feedback loop into the global programme.
  • •Adapt the international enablement portfolio for APAC markets by translating and writing enablement ahead of delivery.
  • •Partner with regional GTM leaders to build scalable coaching standards as the manager layer grows.
  • •Own APAC launch readiness, certifying the field for customer conversations in the same week cycle as global launches.
  • •Run practice-first sessions (deal walkthroughs, role-plays, customer-conversation rehearsal) and focus on practice and application over presentation.
