Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform analytics to support multiple workstreams within Financial Crime Risk (FCR) in a dynamic regulatory environment using SQL and/or Python.
  • •Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights.
  • •Identify data and process gaps, partner with teams to enable remediation, and manage issues to mitigate risks.
  • •Monitor KYC/KYB health of cardmember and legal entity portfolios by creating dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
  • •Define and build robust data-driven strategies to optimize AML risk and enhance customer experience while partnering with Compliance, Tech, and PMO.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of relevant work experience in a quantitative/analytics area.
  • •Bachelors’/Masters’ degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering (preferred).
  • •Proficiency with analytical tools including SQL and at least one of Hive, Python, R, or LUMI.
  • •Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems using unstructured data.
  • •Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
