Key Responsibilities

  • •Own high-impact processes: Take full ownership of key verticals or client workflows from discovery to deployment, ensuring repeatability and measurable impact
  • •Design and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions
  • •Analyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes
  • •Manage complex projects end-to-end: Lead projects autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and deliver results for customers

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup
  • •Strong SQL fluency; comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automation
  • •Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions
  • •Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • •Bonus: Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems
