Perform general labor tasks in the manufacturing of concrete products, following established procedures with minimal supervision. Keep work areas clean by operating tools like shovels, brooms, and wheelbarrows, and support safe, productive operations in compliance with plant policies.

•Load and unload concrete products on conveyors and/or pallets, and stack products as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/equivalent, or at least 1 month of related trades experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
•Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
•Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
•Ability to lift and/or move up to 90 lbs and withstand repetitive hand/wrist/elbow/shoulder motion.
