Job Summary

Lead end-to-end development of complex machine learning and GenAI solutions for Smart Communities, from proof of concept through prototyping and deployment. Architect AI/ML systems that work across time series, audio, video, event, text, and numeric data, and build live dashboards for different user personas. Provide technical leadership to data scientists while delivering solutions across analytics, agentic AI, and multi-agent workflows using modern ML frameworks and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand customer requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define solution needs.
•Architect AI/ML and GenAI solutions across diverse data types (time series, audio, video, event, text, numeric).
•Develop end-to-end solutions combining traditional, predictive/prescriptive analytics, and agentic AI, integrating data from multiple sub-systems.
•Provide technical leadership to a team of data scientists to drive technical excellence.
•Own the design, development, and completion of technology solutions while following HON processes.

Key Requirements

•B Tech with 8+ years’ experience in AI/ML projects, with specialization in AI/ML and Pattern Recognition.
•M Tech with 5+ years experience, or PhD with 3 years experience, in AI/ML, Pattern Recognition, or related areas.
•Experience architecting and delivering end-to-end ML/AI solutions using multiple data types (time series, audio, video, event, numeric).
•Extensive experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow to design and optimize neural architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), with mastery of Python and SQL; proficiency in R, Scala, or C++.
•Deep expertise with PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras/Hugging Face plus hands-on cloud and data tooling (AWS/Azure/GCP, Spark/Databricks, Airflow/Kafka) and ML pipeline/containerization experience.
