Join the Global Payment team to support high-volume hiring by sourcing mid- to senior talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. •Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to engage mid- to senior candidates.
•Own end-to-end interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
•Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
•Develop and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiating projects and optimizing processes with TA partners.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting process efficiency and ensure a great candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years (or equivalent) of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (search firm or in-house recruiting).
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing multiple tasks and functions.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates.
•Ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to align hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
•Strong talent mapping skills to identify and track high-potential candidates.
