Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems across electrical/mechanical systems and sub-systems.
  • •May perform new system and NPI installations and field upgrades.
  • •Compile logbooks and test procedure documentation; assist in revising and implementing department procedures.
  • •Follow safety standards, maintain a secure/safe/clean environment, and report accidents, hazards, and emergencies promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining semiconductor manufacturing or R&D equipment/tools.
  • •Strong background in Class 100 cleanroom environments and experience with etch systems.
  • •Experience with ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) systems and MDP process/tool experience.
  • •Ability to test and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using schematics, diagrams, and written/verbal instructions.
  • •Ability to work in a physically demanding role and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements in cleanroom settings.
