Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full post-award contract lifecycle, including administration, compliance, and closeout.
  • •Monitor contract performance, milestones, deliverables, payments, renewals, and contractual obligations.
  • •Lead contract changes, claims, disputes, settlements, and risk management activities.
  • •Prepare management reports, dashboards, and contract performance metrics.
  • •Supervise and develop the post-contract management team, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of contract/commercial management experience, including at least 5 years in post-award contract management.
  • •Experience managing complex contracts, claims, variations, settlements, and contract teams.
  • •Professional certifications such as WorldCC, CIPS, PMP, or FIDIC are an advantage.
