Key Responsibilities

  • •Control and monitor material movements including receiving, storing, issuing, transferring, and returning materials.
  • •Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, packing lists, and technical specifications.
  • •Maintain inventory records and ensure ERP transactions are updated for accurate stock control.
  • •Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
  • •Ensure material traceability and controlled documentation (certificates and inspection records) and conduct audits/counts to reconcile discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5–8 years of experience in material control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain activities in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or EPC industry.
  • •Experience working on construction, commissioning, maintenance, shutdown, or turnaround projects is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Maximo, or equivalent.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with excellent coordination and reporting abilities.
