Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop one Senior Analyst by setting priorities, maintaining output quality, and running structured reviews.
  • •Deliver FP&A Intelligence workstreams for the GCC team, including budgeting/forecasting automation support, variance analysis pipelines, consolidation outputs, and ad-hoc analytics.
  • •Deliver Commercial Intelligence workstreams for the GCC team, including trade spend analytics support, customer P&L components, commercial reporting automation, and ad-hoc finance analytics.
  • •Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines and Power BI dashboards to support FP&A and Commercial Finance analytics, working hands-on on the build.
  • •Maintain data quality and audit standards across GCC outputs, validate results, catch errors early, document data lineage, and support month-end close and forecast cycle deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •+5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or data analytics with hands-on delivery of financial planning and commercial reporting/analytics in a large organization.
  • •Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data platform) and production-level SQL and Python.
  • •Build Power BI dashboards that business users actually use, with a strong design mindset for finance professionals.
  • •Strong understanding of FP&A mechanics (budget cycles, forecast variance, P&L structures) and commercial finance mechanics (trade spend, customer P&L, net revenue).
  • •Managed or mentored at least one person before, and comfortable operating in a distributed team model with stakeholders in Chicago and Amsterdam.
