Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and sustain machines as an equipment engineer.
  • •Own and optimize Assembly manufacturing equipment to meet uptime, yield, quality, and productivity targets during production ramps and tool qualifications.
  • •Drive equipment reliability and process improvements using root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, failure analysis, SPC, FMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead/coach and manage technicians responsible for manufacturing operations, equipment maintenance, and repair.
  • •Ensure safety and quality while overseeing shift schedules and staffing coverage, and act as first responder for operational, safety, and security issues within assigned toolsets or areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years in manufacturing operations or equipment management, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years.
  • •At least 3 years of equipment maintenance/repair experience.
  • •Proficiency in equipment monitoring, scheduling, and maintenance practices.
  • •Experience with manufacturing quality assurance processes and practices.
  • •Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and operational safety standards, plus ability to develop training plans and manage team certifications.
