Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the primary contact with clients for questions about risks and insurance, answering questions yourself or with a colleague.
  • •Manage insurance programs for companies in the portfolio in collaboration with the account manager.
  • •Collect all information from clients needed to issue polices or process claims.
  • •Maintain daily contact with colleagues and clients via email or phone to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.
  • •Proactively use knowledge to search for (creative) insurance solutions, draft service agreements, and participate in commercial actions and projects.
