Key Responsibilities

•Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through business case development, negotiation, procurement, legal review, and close.
•Navigate complex enterprise buying committees involving Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Operations, Technology, Procurement, Legal, and Executive stakeholders.
•Develop tailored value propositions that connect Hawk’s capabilities to each prospect’s risk, compliance, fraud, operational, and commercial priorities.
•Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, forecasting, next steps, and deal risk visibility.
•Represent Hawk professionally at conferences, roundtables, customer meetings, and executive-level industry forums.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of enterprise B2B software, SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, fraud, AML, compliance, data, or financial technology sales experience.
•Demonstrated success as a hunter with a proven track record of building pipeline and closing net-new enterprise business.
•Experience selling to banks, financial institutions, payment providers, fintechs, or other regulated organizations.
•Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, executive buying committees, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
•Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and create momentum without requiring a large support structure.
